Jill has been working alongside Pat Gibbons in the financial and insurance industry since October 2005. Prior to joining Pat’s team, she was a Store Trainer, Human Resources Manager, and a Human Resources Consultant. Jill graduated from The University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations.

Jill enjoys meeting new people, building relationships with clients and using her broad knowledge and years of experience to provide quality customer service and support.

Jill is a lifelong resident of Howard County where she and her husband, Lee, and daughter, Beth, reside. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching movies, eating out and performing with her singing group, The Nightingales.
